Additional prize recitals for the 1st prize winner of the 5th Takamatsu International Piano Competition, Philipp Lynov, was held in Tokyo and Osaka.

All five Yamaha, Kawai, and Steinway venues in Tokyo and Osaka were filled to capacity. Mr. Lynov demonstrated a wide range of skills and musicality, from delicate to passionate and dynamic playing. The audience's applause did not stop for his wonderful performance.
