To the 4th TIPC applicants,

• Application online: Please apply at your earliest convenience. It is highly possible that the access to the server will concentrated when the deadline is near. 
• Application by post: If there is a possibility that your application arrives at TIPC Office on September 20th or later, please send your application form only by FAX or mail first (in this case, your other application documents and DVD will be accepted by post). 

To applicants from China and Taiwan:

• Access to the Entry Form from China and Taiwan is difficult at the moment. We highly recommend you to send your application by post as precaution even when you made your application online. 

To applicants who have made inquiries via TIPC website:

• If you do not hear from the Office after your inquiry, the mail address you entered in the inquiry form may be incorrect. Please contact the Office again (jimukyoku04@tipc.jp) if you do not hear from us.
